My little man enjoyed our Hot Mama Power Walk so much in the fresh air, he fell asleep in the palm of my hand while I was supporting his head in the carrier. Yesterday was a non stop day, and squeezing things in, and today is also a day of running around, I finally have time to sit down and write. Speaking of squeezing things in, I am fitting into my clothes much better, and when I did my measurements, I lost an inch in my hips and and inch in my thighs. So its definitely moving, of course I wish it would happen yesterday, but I do love being the example of someone real. I have committed to some kind of exercise Monday through Friday, I have committed to having my shakes twice a day and my omega 3, calcium, and multivitamin, and cell activator and celluloss three times a day. What I do know is that I feel great, and although I am not sleeping like I would like too due to my wonderful Matisyahu, I still have energy to make it through my day. I usually hear that in the first month you are forming habits, and your body is just figuring out that this is something that you are going to keep doing. So I hear a lot that the big results come in the second month lately, so I am very excited for this month of August, just sticking with my workout plan and with my Nutrition Program and having my body finally GET IT :) I also think that while I am nursing my body may be holding on to fat, each woman is so different. I have seen a few women that have stopped nursing completely lean out, so we will see.
Baby fat is cute, my son has the best thighs and double chin, that is the only place where its cute, I am OVER IT. Luckily a few people are noticing my face lean out, and overall that I am getting leaner, so that is a good thing. We are always our own worst critic, and when I look in the mirror, I actually see that its getting better, but then I see pictures of myself and I say, Oh no who is that - LOL!
You see my friends, before babies, I was that person that actually did look her best, although I was tired all the time. So now that I have the combination of my workouts and my nutrition, I am ready not only to look my best, but feel more energy than ever before, even with 3 kids under 4 :)
I was just talking to my husband about how even though we make plans and schedules, and then life happens, we still have to pat ourselves on the back for what did go well, for accomplishments that we did make.
Be your own Cheer Leader,
If you do not take care of yourself, who is going to do it for you?
Feel Good My Friends,
