Yesterday my husband was telling me that I have three months to reach my goal, I am declaring it to the world, and I have to make it happen. He is absolutely right, I am fully committed to reach my goal, to look my best, to feel my best, and to be an example to women, moms, and that people at any age can increase their metabolism through
1.proper nutrition, making 100% sure your body gets all of the recommended daily allowance
2.exercise, living a healthy active lifestyle
3.maintaining lean muscle mass.
If anyone is having a challenge in any of the above three areas, I am happy to coach you right along with me. Why wait? there are always excuses and reasons, but there is also health, vitality, and really feeling your best. Why delay? For me, while I was having kids, my main goal was to be healthy and have energy, yes our goals change with our life situations. Right now there is No Plan B, what do I mean by that? I will do my nutrition program exactly as the directions say, even changing one thing will not guarantee the result. I just took my first round of tablets, I am on the Ultimate Program, plus I added Calcium for myself since I am nursing, it helps my teeth and bones from getting depleted. Also I use the best Omega 3 on the market, Herbalifeline, so important for heart health. Many products in stores are shelf grade, all of ours are pharmaceutical grade, and an amazing deal for the price.

My baby just turned three months, before I was mostly focusing on nutrition, which gave me some results, but adding the 20% exercise will take me to the next level. So its up to you in your life, 80% nutrition will get you far, but for the best abs and firm and toned physique, exercise and lean muscle are a must.
