Got My Hair Did

I love Fridays, every week I go to my teacher's Yoga class just for me, it is the final workout before the Day of Rest, and its a great way to end the week for me.  I also always feel like I keep learning and absorbing wisdom from my teacher, today I was in awe of how his 80 year old body is so fluid and strong. #NoExcuses

The day started with a ceremony for boys, one of my good friends and a student in my Prenatal Yoga looked so beautiful and happy today, then I took my kids to camp and went to my Yoga class.  After that I taught an awesome private Yoga session with a husband and wife.  I know for myself it totally recharges me for the rest of my day, and gives my brain a break, so important to stop in our #nonstop lives.

I am going back to my weekly hair appointments with my rock start hair stylist Glenda, she works out of her home, and is a master.  Anyone looking for someone amazing I will be happy to pass on her digits.  My husband likes my hair straight, and love being serviced :)  When I first got married, I would go every Friday, and my husband would cook her an amazing meal in exchange.   I stopped going for a while, and now she has me in and out in half an hour, and I look fabulous!  My straight hair lasts me for a few days, its easy, and fun.  I love my curls and wild locks, I would never get it permanently straightened, I want the option.  All my life I had it wild and free, its nice to have it tamed and sleek.  She got a new amazing chair, and Matisyahu was happily laying in my lap, while we were chatting away.

It is occurring to me that today everyone is a little more relaxed, not so reactive, go with the flow, I really have to bask in this fabulousness.  My amazing baby Matisyahu is chilling us all out I think, he is so cool, he just lets us know what he needs and then hangs out.  My other two kids were never like that, and they are not like that now, they always want mama 24/7.  She said she wants to watch me work, how could I say no to such a cutie pie goldilocks :)

Sooooo happy its Shabbat, I am so ready to just enjoy the moment and celebrate the beauty of life with friends, we do this every week my friends, I feel so blessed.
 Have a great weekend everyone,
Shabbat Shalom
Yulia
