I love how everyday you learn something new, something may get you down, and then you talk to someone and get inspired and motivated to move on. So far I have had a fabulous day, woke up bright and early after my #nonstop day yesterday feeling ready for the world. Took Matisyahu with me to the Fit Club, got there extra early 6:45am to watch the set up crew get it all ready for the workout. Met a new client who did the workout for the first time, loved it, and is very interested to wrap the coaching work around his entertainment industry schedule. Today my phone decided not to charge, so I just had to leave my house "naked" and go with the flow. I was waiting for Hot Mama's to show up, and only one came today, but we had the most amazing, inspiring conversation, and she turned me onto this website:

I haven't fully checked it out yet, but its a way to stop being perfect, and just get in the habit of being ready for your day, and cleaning little by little - so you don't have an overwhelmed, all or nothing attitude. I think it relates to everything in life, from work to getting fit, I am excited to incorporate it and utilize for better time management.
I love the name of her website, and what it stands for, she used to teach fly fishing, and for me I love everything with heights - I have been sky diving, bungee jumping, in a helicopter, water plane, and hot air balloon. Still excited for a blimp and hand gliding one day. My friend also told me the acronym for C.H.A.O.S - Can't Have Anyone Over Syndrome - LOVE!

I have always had to hold my nose, even now, somehow I challenged myself and got scuba certified, had to take off my mask 30 feet below without getting water in my nose or mouth - Thank You God I did it :) Probably around 10 here
