I was trying to find a definition of Caveman that would suit my topic of today, and they don't really fit. What I am referring to is the physical characteristics, unshaven, masculine, hunters, strong, and primitive - lol. So in honor of my father in laws passing my husband could not shave his face for 30 days, we took a picture just before he shaved. It was like seeing a totally different person after.

You can read all about it, hunter and gatherer style, as well as fruits and vegetables, no dairy. So this was my baby's first bone, and he was devouring it, LOVE!
For my vegetarian and vegan friends out there, I respect your choices, make sure you are focused on getting enough protein, you need it for fat burning, fullness, and lean muscle and bone. I like a little bit of everything myself, and all of our meat is Kosher, which means that the animal was not stressed or sick, and was supervised during the whole process. Chicken soup is for the soul, and now it is mending all of our noses and throats.
There are so many "diets" out there, and there are so many different types of people. I like to think everything works, and everyone has to find what works for them. I personally do not believe in cutting things out completely, like fats or carbs, our body needs the fats to function, and our brain needs the carbs to be at its best. Whole grain is best of course, and portion control and nothing in excess is the best way.
My point is there is really nothing new, everyone just has to find what fits their life and fits them. The reason why I like my Herbalife Nutrition Program is because the shakes are only 90 calories, they fill me up, so when I have my food, I don't have to think portions and calories, I just enjoy.
