Happy and Sweet New Year

I love that in the USA everyone celebrates their cultures New Year, and many times make a festival out of it.  The Jewish New Year is about reflection and intention, looking back, making amends, and accepting blessings for the year ahead.

It is funny that usually it is the beginning of Fall, and in Los Angeles it feels like the beginning of Summer.  We have been lucky with a really mild, cool summer, and now it is literally hard to breathe.  It feels humid, the desert sun is blaring, and usual the shade is heaven, but now it just feels as heavy and hot as everywhere else.

Thank God for my wonderful husband getting our house in order and cooking.  My job today, to keep the kids occupied, I had to teach a class at the gym, took them to the kids club.  Then got my hair did, and while my color was processing, my oldest Eli Tzvi got a wonderful haircut.  Then my wonderful brother in law got us all pizza and then hung with the kids while I enjoyed my mani/pedi.  Ran around a little bit more, now home and helping out with the last minute preparations.  The house looks amazing, we have so much delicious food.  This year is going to be amazing, I am so excited for all the new things to come.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week,
A Sweet and Happy New Year,
May you be inscribed in the book of life,
I will be off until Saturday night,
the holiday rolls right into our Day of Rest,
Wow, that is the longest I have gone without blogging,
I will be having withdrawal and tons of stories to tell,
Love My Readers,
Love My Life,
Love My Family,
Love My Path,
Blessings to All,
Coach Yulia
