Fun is Exhausting

Work is reviving - there was a time in my life when these two may have been reversed, and definitely fun always won out.  Now it is really the opposite, hanging out with friends, night life, even fun stuff with family and friends who are visiting really affects me to the point that I need a vacation from the vacation.  I had such a great time with my brother and family, I love being the hostess with the mostess, everyone had a blast and so did I.  I love stepping out of the routine, and as I show people around get to do things that I don't get a chance to do that often.

They left Sunday morning, Thank God my husband took all the kids that day and I just slept.  Monday I had some clients to see and work at my kids school, and last night I just couldn't sleep, kids kept waking up for various reasons.  Today I just felt totally exhausted, I really cannot function without good sleep, luckily I didn't have anything demanding this morning.  I had a wonderful Prenatal Yoga class that I taught and I felt great.  Once the kids came home from school, I felt so tired, but I had two classes to teach, a Pilates at 24 Hour Fitness and right after another Prenatal Class.

Once I start teaching, something comes over me, I just get recharged and revived, everyone feels good and is giving their all and I feed off of that energy.  The prenatal class was so amazing, we ended up dancing together.

I feel so blessed to be doing what I am mean to do, everyone benefits, I came home feeling so happy.

Thank God For Feminine Energy,
Thank God for Women's Strength,
Thank God for making our husbands feel like Kings,
Thank God for encouraging our children's light to shine bright,
Thank God for taking the time to acknowledge, recharge, and give back to ourselves,
It's an absolute must to know our own fabulousness,

Kinda Funny looks like this picture was widened somehow, took it with my phone, but yes my baby has totally chubbed up after he turned one, he is so excited here, figured out how to sit in the chair - go baby go!
