Extreme heat+kids home all day+having to be outside (walking and eating)+no time or rest for me+allergies due to this heat= YUCK!
I tell you, our holidays are so beautiful, there are so many amazing traditions and get togethers, but I know that I speak for most women for sure, who are cooking, cleaning, plus have kids all over the place, and are having guests. As well as father's with their kids, it is nice to spend the time, these days there are no distractions of TV, computer, work, or even a day out, it is all about going within with your family, which for me with three kids 4 and under is exhausting :) I wouldn't change it for the world, hats off to all the stay at home moms, I admire you, your strength, your energy, and your patience, mine were all tested these past few days and its not over yet, the holidays officially end next week with a big party. We celebrate starting the Torah, the Old Testament, all over again, the beauty of it is that each year we understand and hear it differently, all the layers are amazing. To children they are just stories, as we grow they are life lessons and guidelines to live a fulfilling and rich life.
My cleanse is amazing, I definitely feel things moving and shifting, full of energy, besides the heat, allergies, and children :) I guess if I am standing at the end of the day with enough brain power to write this, it is proof enough!
The next few days most families go with their kids to fun places since parents are off work, I am still figuring out what to do, because when school starts they will be there all day. I have been waiting to take Eli Tzvi to a special place for his birthday, if it all works out, I will report tomorrow.
Hopefully kids are asleep, but the baby keeps calling me away from the computer, oy vey, not over yet, I just want quiet, and a shower, and contact with the outside world.
I guess he wanted to be in the picture looks happy, not tired, and not crying, no problem, hopefully later put to bed, later waking up :)
It's All Good,
Coach Yulia
